We were founded in 2017 on the intuition of a few of the region’s entrepreneurs who wanted to create a unique and recognisable identity card for Culatta Emilia.
The key concepts have always been the characterisation and promotion of the historic Emilian cured meat that is Culatta.
Our members are local producers who, thanks to the collective quality trademark, seize the opportunity to position themselves on the Italian and international landscape, becoming recognisable to an increasingly demanding clientele.
