We were founded in 2016 on the intuition of a few of the region’s entrepreneurs who wanted to create a unique and recognisable identity card for Culatta Emilia.

The key concepts have always been the characterisation and promotion of the historic Emilian cured meat that is Culatta.

Our associates are local producers who, thanks to the collective quality trademark, seize the opportunity to position themselves on the Italian and international landscape, becoming recognisable to an increasingly demanding clientele.

Strict production specifications that respect tradition: no preservatives, no colourings and no chemical additives.

Certifying body

An external certifying body that, thanks to its quality controls, guarantees consumers the utmost product quality and wholesomeness.

Communication and marketing activities to promote the product’s unique characteristics and render it recognisable in Italy and abroad.
